Is Kosmos Hi‑Lo free?
Yes. Messaging and calls are free worldwide, over Wi‑Fi or mobile data.
What exactly does the Destroy code do?
Entering your Destroy code permanently deletes all Hi-level messages, call logs and files from your device. The app then opens showing only your Lo-level content, as if the Hi level never existed.
Can Kosmos read my messages?
No. Conversations are end-to-end encrypted, so only you and the person you’re talking to hold the keys. We can’t read your messages even if we wanted to.
Which devices are supported?
Kosmos Hi‑Lo runs on iOS and Android. Encrypted backup and restore works across platforms, so you can move from iPhone to Android (or back) without losing your data.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time, or email support@kosmosmobile.com and we’ll take care of it.
